I have a few things I wanted to share with you this week:
1. PTP MOVING VOLUNTEERS - I would like to thank Jamie Corbin and Ruth Bennett who helped assist the students with moving classrooms a few weeks ago - thank you and we appreciate your help!
2. PTP BOX TOP VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - The library is looking for 2 additional PTP volunteers to help assist with sorting and counting the Box Tops, Campbells Soup Labels, and Our Family UPC labels. Thank you to Ruth Bennett who has already agreed to help! Here is the volunteer info:
DATE: Thursday, February 18th
TIME: 9:00 - 11:00am
LOCATION: Due to construction you will meet in the hallway before the library across from the water fountains
REMINDER to all the parents, teachers & staff: please collect all of your Box Tops, Campbells Soup Labels, and Our Family UPC Codes and bring them to school by February 15th in order for them to count in this collection. These quickly add up to free money for our school!
OUR FAMILY UPC LABELS are located on the generic brand of items found at our local Food Pride store:

3. PTP BULLETIN BOARD LEAVES - I am looking for 2-4 PTP volunteers to help cut out leaves for our bulletin board at school. If you are interested in this please let me know and I can deliver the pages to your child's backpack at school and have them sent home. The leaves can be given back to me, returned with your child, or put in the mailbox in the teacher's lounge at your convenience.
4. CHARLOTTE'S WEB ACTIVITY DAY - FRIDAY, MARCH 11th - we are gearing up to help celebrate the kids reading this book by offering a few special activities during school hours on Friday, March 11th. We will be looking for PTP volunteers to help with various grade levels throughout the day. I will send out more info on this when the times are finalized but I wanted to give you a heads up on this date if you are interested in helping!
Please continue to send along your ideas and suggestion for our PTP group - we would love to hear from you! Stay warm and GO FALCONS!
