I wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who participate in our PTP Spring Gardens Fundraiser! We appreciate all of the hard work and support from our students, parents, teachers and staff, and community members who helped make this fundraiser a success!
We sold 755 items and received $20 in donations for a PTP profit of $3,500! We look forward to utilizing part of these funds towards playground enhancements at our school including a new bench, garbage can, and something FUN for the kids! We are still working on these details and I will share more once this has been finalized!
Congratulations to the 3rd GRADE CLASSES WHO SOLD 166 ITEMS and will receive the Outdoor Subway Lunch Party courtesy of our fundraiser rep! The scheduled date for this special lunch will be Friday, April 22nd (weather permitting). I am looking for a few PTP volunteers to help serve lunch and play some games with the kids. If you are interested in helping with this the time would be from 11:20 - 12:20pm.
Congratulations to the KINDERGARTEN CLASSES WHO SOLD 160 ITEMS and to the PRESCHOOL/KEY CLASSES WHO SOLD 151 items! The PTP will be providing these grades with ice cream treats on Friday, April 22nd as a thank you for working so hard!
All packet orders will be available for pick-up in the SCHOOL GYM on Friday, April 22nd between 3-6pm. I will send out an email reminder closer to the pick-up date and you should receive a text on your phone if you provided your cell number on the order forms. Online orders do not need to be picked up - these items will ship directly to the buyer. I am looking for a few PTP volunteers to help during the pick-up time in the gym on April 22nd. If you are interested please let me know which time works best for you: 3-4pm, 4-5pm, or 5-6pm.
